How do we use your contribution to ensure the long-term viability of the game of golf? The GGEF adopts sustainability through research, awareness, education, programs and scholarships for the benefit of golf course management professionals, golf facilities and the game.

When you donate to the GGEF, your tax-deductible donation joins others in:

  1. Fueling innovation through research
  2. Expanding knowledge of golf course management professionals through education
  3. Telling golf's story through advocacy and outreach

Golf has demonstrated its uniqueness by delivering positive environmental characteristics through the venue on which is played – the golf course.

Research has proven that golf courses provide habitat for a diverse selection of wildlife, offer communities green space and act as a step in the purification of water supplies.
With continued support, it is not hard to envision new research that can provide high-quality conditions with less maintenance.

The GGEF is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization, and all donations are fully tax-deductible. If you have questions about voluntary contributions, please contact Tenia Workman, Executive Director at (706) 376-3585.
